A budget for a cricket series

A multi-day match or long tournament can extend betting exposure well beyond one session. Set a total budget, not only a stake for each market.

Use a series-wide limit

Count match bets, player markets and outright bets together. Separate them from money needed for living costs and do not borrow to keep a position open.

Account for tied-up balances

A tournament outright can remain unsettled for weeks. A displayed potential return is not available money and should not fund another decision.

Do not chase a session

A lost wicket or unexpected result does not create a need to recover money immediately. Use account loss and time limits and stop at the boundaries you set.
