Reading the payment information

The help centre lists 20 deposit rows, but most method labels were image-only in the accessible extract. They have not been guessed. Named withdrawal methods and their published fee bands are recorded separately. PayPal documentation describes a Bitcoin route, not a direct PayPal payment option. Public processing targets do not guarantee receipt.

Does this establish local authorisation?
